Product Warranty

At Alifero, we stand behind the quality of our products with a standard two-year warranty. Please note that the warranty for batteries in electric products is limited to 6 months. After the initial 6-month period, the customer will need to demonstrate that any defects are due to manufacturing issues.

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by negligence, accidents, improper use, incorrect installation, or normal wear and tear. Alifero reserves the right to request an official technical inspection to determine the cause of the issue. If the defect is found to be due to misuse, any repair will be billed to the customer.

For valid warranty claims, Alifero will provide repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances, in accordance with legal guidelines.

How to Make a Warranty Claim:

    1. Contact Customer Service: Notify us of the issue by emailing info@alifero.com. This step is required for all returns or warranty claims.

    1. Proper Packaging: Ensure the product is returned in the same condition and packaging as it was delivered.

    1. Verification Process: Upon receiving and verifying the item, we will repair, replace, or refund the product based on the agreement with the customer. This process is free of charge for valid warranty claims.

Alifero is responsible for any manufacturing defects that become apparent within two years of delivery

Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

At Alifero, we offer a 14-day return period for most products purchased from www.alifero.es. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return the product in its original condition and packaging.

Return Guidelines:

    • The product must be returned in perfect condition, including all accessories, cables, and original packaging.

    • Returns made without original packaging or missing accessories may result in a partial refund or deduction.

    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will process your refund, including the initial shipping costs (if applicable), within the terms outlined in RDL 1/2007. Refunds will be made using the same payment method, except for cash payments, which will be refunded via bank transfer.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal:

    • Damaged products: Any product that shows signs of wear, damage, or misuse due to failure to follow instructions.

    • Improper installation: Damage caused by incorrect assembly, installation, or use of non-approved components.

    • Custom-made products: Personalized or modified items are non-returnable.

    • Poor packaging: Returns not properly packaged for transit may be refused if they arrive in damaged condition.
